PUMPKIN PATCH
The Pumpkin Patch is a beloved fall tradition for local community. The church grounds come alive each autumn with pumpkins, storytelling, and activities for all ages. Open daily during the season, the Pumpkin Patch is a favorite destination for families, school field trips, and fall celebrations, offering a festive atmosphere where visitors can enjoy the beauty of the season together.
BARBECUE & SWEETSHOP
On the last Friday in April and the first Friday in October, Mt. Carmel welcomes the community to its biannual Barbecue and Sweet Shop—one of the church’s longest-running and most cherished traditions. Featuring savory barbecue, Brunswick stew, and homemade sweet treats, this event has nourished both body and spirit for generations.
PLAYS & PERFORMANCES
We also celebrate creativity and connection through plays, performances, and special events such as the annual Dinner Theatre and Christmas Pageant. These productions showcase the talents of performers of all ages from our congregation and provide opportunities for people to come together through laughter, storytelling, and shared experience.
